To be honest, I was scared for a moment that Amon would be called Monette in all of book 2.
Book 1’s villain: Amon.

BIOGRAPHY
*TRIGGER WARNING; ALCOHOL AND DRUGE USE
Born almost 3 minutes after Luna, Aurore is Luna’s younger sister, and twin. Fortunately, Aurore wasn’t born with the genetic problems with her lungs and breathing, and was born a very healthy baby. She was quite a playful baby, and was much more energetic than Luna. When she reached her child stage {Round about the age of 7/8 years old} she grew interested in dancing and singing. She went to amateur child ballet classes and some tap too. She enjoyed the ballet much more than the tap, and as the years went on, she just took double ballet classes. During their early school years, Luna and Aurore grew further apart, each going their separate ways and doing their own art forms. They were near opposites from the start. She was always the fun loving, up for anything little girl who loved talking and playing with anyone and everyone she could.
Reaching her teen years, Aurore was well into her training of ballet, at the standard level for a girl her age, and also started basic contemporary dance. She was a joyous and spritely teen, and strived socially in school. Her grades were average, since she spent more time on extra-curricular activities than using her free time wisely and studying. Both Luna and Aurore went downhill after their father’s accident, and where Luna ran away from it all, Aurore formed her own band, her dancing becoming a background focus. Feeling abandoned by her Twin, Aurore grew resentful and spent most of her time staying at her boyfriend’s house, drinking and writing songs till they crashed from either exhaustion or over drinking. At the age of 18, Aurore’s singing career came to a halt when she was admitted to hospital with damaged vocal chords, or to be more precise ‘Vocal Cord Nodules’. Her voice was practically non existent and the nodule growths were severe from both singing very loud and also exposure to alcohol and smoke from cigarettes. They were so severe that she had to have surgery to remove them.
After the surgery, Aurore was told to be on voice rest for a couple of weeks, before she was referred to a speech therapist to work her back to having a normal level of voice so she could at least speak out loud. It took them both nearly a year before she had a little bit of speech ability. She decided that she would go back to her dancing, helping her voice heal and be able to get back in touch with her creative side. She went back to stay with her mother, mending their already broken relationship and secretly started attending refresher classes for dance. She also looked up and applied for various academies for dance behind her mother’s back despite not fully being vocal. Eventually, she was accepted to Blackthorne and she explained everything to her mother before she left. She went to Blackthorne a year before Luna, and is unaware of her sister’s presence at the school now.
