Fish Curry with Hog Plum (Amora Tenga Masor Jhul)
Ingredients –
3 pieces fish
4 pieces amora tenga (hog plum)
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
2 dry red chillies, broken in half
1 tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp mustard oil
Salt to taste
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves to garnish
Method –
Boil the amoras (hog plums) in a pressure cooker with 1 tsp salt and 1 cup of water for 5-6 whistles
