1) Favorite book? I read quite a lot, so it is hard to pick an absolute favourite. I love the Harry Potter series though. It has been with me since childhood and I have read every book multiple times. I can also recommend 'Never Let Me Go' from Kazuo Ishiguro and 'A Thousand Spledid Suns' from Khaled Hosseini. Both stories stayed with me for a while after I finished reading them.
2) Favorite smell? I love the smell of roses, the sea, freshly mowed grass, passion fruit, strawberries, mint... Also heavier scents like cinnamon, dark chocolate, vanilla and coffee. My all time favourite perfume is 'Miss Dior Chérie' by Christian Dior.
3) Favorite word? I don't think I have a favourite word.
4) What’s the happiest memory you can think of? I mostly enjoy little things. Great company, nice weather, a gorgeous setting.. When you actually take the time to really look at some of these moments, you can feel very content. The feeling may not last, but everyting feels right at that particulair time.
5) Name an achievement you’re really proud of? I have overcome very difficult situations in my life.
6) If you were a serial killer, what would your MO be? You have to blend in with the crowd. But the question is how you achieve that.. I guess it's only a good thing I have absolutely no idea.
7) What would be your last meal? Probably a seafood dish.
8) How old were you when you stopped believing in Santa/How did you find out? I have never believed in Santa, but in Sinterklaas. I think I was about eight when I stopped believing, which is relatively old. I don't have older siblings, so me and my friends believed a little longer in him than our little brothers and sisters.
9) Coffee or tea? I don't know... I drink tea more often, but I really love me some espresso, latte macchiato and cappuccino!
10) If you got a tattoo, what would it be/where? I would never get a tattoo, so this is fairly impossible to answer since I can't imagine a place on my body that I would seem fit. But if I really have to choose... probably a little one on my ankle?
11) What is home? To me, home is a place where I feel safe and where I can be myself completely without being afraid of other people's judgements and prejudices.
