An Update on Levon the Cat
Levon saw his regular vet yesterday. More blood was drawn so they can recheck his kidney functions, and she gave him a thorough exam. She sent us home with Laxatone to help him pass more hairballs since it seems vomiting them up is what starts this whole chronic cycle of GI issues.
He seemed to be more like himself yesterday, but he got sick again last night. It was only once and there was no blood this time. So that's good news, I guess. I'm not sure if it was the first dose of Laxatone I gave him with his dinner or just the result of all the stress we've both suffered over the last 6 days. He ate a bit of breakfast this morning and is resting comfortably right now. I'm just waiting for a call from his vet with the results of his blood work. I'll ask her then about his small relapse last night.
