Because it was my Mother's Birthday I have celebrated the day staying away from home baking this oozing Choco Lava Cake! 😋 I thank chef @ranveer.brar for showing us the eggless recipe of this delicious volcanic cake. Being in Delhi I am afraid to go out or order food until it's too necessary. I have a compound chocolate packet but no eggs, cream and milk. I was wondering how to bake a cake just then I found this recipe and guess what I prepared it today itself! 😆 . . Chocolate has never disappoint me in any recipe. Instead of using cocoa powder mix I prefer using dark chocolate wherever fitted. I have used a few brands of chocolates like #mordechocolate , #happychefchocolate , #vanleerchocolate and finally #amulchocolates (using currently). Every brands have their own specific taste and texture. As I am not a chocolate specialist I could not say which one is the best brand but definitely suggest to pick up the one that can satisfy your soul. Being a #chocoholic since childhood I have been tasting chocolates from different brands and from different countries but ultimately at the end of the day I paused for the one and only #cadburydairymilk plain chocolate and dark chocolates were a big no no but with time and understanding the real taste of a chocolate my taste changed. I am more of a dark chocolate fan now yet I would say that the brand that introduced me the chocolate world remains my forever favourite.
