I just saw a post with a screencap of a tweet reading 'my mother just looked up from her new york times crossword and asked me what the tip of a shoelace was called and i felt a sense of cosmic satisfaction i doubt most people will feel across their entire lives' and it has some 40 thousand notes. I thought 'no way, it can't be a reference to that' and i was ofc right. everyone talks about phineas and ferb, meanwhile i'm here thinking 'fools, aglet is aos and biospecialist during the age of innocence'.

lol anon, I saw the same post and went through the same thought process!! All these silly, oblivious tumblr folks out here thinking aglets are about Phineas and Ferb when really they're about Jemma's adorable smug face, like so:

you have a few AUs of fics you've written and I'm curious whether there are any you like more than the originals?

Oooooo, interesting question, nonnie! I honestly like a lot of the current AUs more than I like the original, especially the one where Jemma kills Levens herself and the one where she makes friends with Aldridge. I was so mean to Jemma in current, AUs where she gets at least a little of her own back are nice XD

I also prefer (don't need) another perfect lie to the main chasing those lies continuity, for kind of the same reason - it gives Jemma more to do! Plus, to be fair, I wrote another perfect lie quite a while after the original fic, and my writing style had evolved, so there's a quality issue at play as well lol.

Just got deeeeeep into the AoS fandom this (well, last) year, although I watched season 1 all those years back, so I have to say, I really appreciate all of your Jemma/Ward fics!! Spent 1 whole month happily grinding through all of them, so it's been a entertaining month. All the little AUs were absolutely wonderful reads. Thanks so much!

I really love your Jemma/Ward fanfiction. I recently watched AoS for the first time and found your fanfiction. This led to me abandoning all books and essentially only reading all of your Jemma/Ward fictions for the last 2 months.

Hey! I wanted to tell you I so so appreciate the Jemma x Ward stories you write. I love the way you characterize them both and the stories are so well written. The plots you come up with are the best and they always leave me wishing I had the whole story and not just a snippet lol. Especially now that the show is over and there's not many Jemma x Ward writers I just wanted to spread some love. Thank you for writing!
