This idea of mine is probably more of its own thing than a Linked Universe or Wisdomverse thing but is still heavily influenced by both.
I believe that Sun is the least prepared out of all the Zeldas (we'll get back to Tetra later) when it comes to this whole meeting your future (and past for the others) inheriters lets call it. Yes she is the incarnation of Hylia and one of the founders of Hyrule and the ancestor to all of the Zeldas that came after, but Sun is just a normal girl at the end of day. There was no precedent for what she did until the events of Skyward Sword.
(I don't think even Sky can lay a claim to that since even before his journey there was still legends of a Hero of the Goddess. Example being ceremony around the sailcloth Zelda gives him.)
All Sun had to go off of, before she gained Hylia's memories back, was what Hylia, a goddess, supposedly did and the word of a wise old woman and this lady who is a severnt of the Goddess (both being Impa).
Sun lived a normal life before that. Compared to nearly all the Zeldas after her, she never had any expectations on her other than probably becoming a knight of Skyloft and maybe becoming some kind of leader on the island. There was no being the next ruler of a kingdom or being a wielder of a peice of the Triforce or Goddess Blood or the threat of Gannon/dorf/The Calamity.
Then Demise happens, but Demise is defeated Sky. Sure there the existential threat of the curse but as far as Sun knows (and me as well) there's no looming threat to worry about. She can live out her normal life now on the Surface.
But through plot Sun meets all the other Zeldas and its very very clear that she is the odd one out. Even when everyone gets along there are just commonalities that all Zeldas except her have between eachother.
Heres where we get to Tetra. I know there is a popular fanon theory one the LU side of this (or maybe in the wider Zelda fandom in general idk) that Wind was not born with the Hero’s Spirit and that he made himself the into the hero. But Tetra isn't like that. She was born as a Zelda the holder of the Triforce of Wisdom but she wasn't burdened by it.
As far I know Tetra didn't even know she was Zelda until her reveal. In some way she is the opposite of Wind, he forced the Hero Spirit to choose him while she made herself the Pirate Queen and forgoed any supposed duty Princess Zelda should've had. Tetra made her own life that was separate from her role as Zelda.
Now I wrote all of this to say that Sun and Tetra would go "Princess? What the hell are you talking about?" if anyone (fairly) assumed they also were princesses.
Also the insanity that is saying the most well adjusted Zeldas (imo) is Hylia reborn who fell from the sky and a teenaged Pirate Queen who sails a flooded post apocalyptic Hyrule.
