17. Do you think there is life on other planets?

Life, yes. Intelligent life? I don't know...probably? The child inside me kind of hopes there is.

24. Favorite part of your daily routine?

Coming home to kisses and hugs...when I get kisses and hugs. :P

39. What are your favorite stores to shop in?

I used to absolutely love shopping at Best Buy, but as much the last few years since they shrunk their DVD section. Hmm...probably still Best Buy.  Costco is up there too, though, because SAMPLES.

Somehow I got really curious because I think your family dynamic is admirable, is this too much to ask? How did you and your wonderful wife meet? :) And what are your kids like?

That's so nice of you to say, Amy! And of course that's not too much to ask.

My wife and I met at the church that we still attend now.  I was this lonely, quiet guy with terrible hair, and I think she started talking to me because she felt sorry for me. :P

My daughter is really funny and really sassy.  Very over-the-top, but not self-absorbed - still very kind.  My son is even more talkative around family, but quieter away from home.  He's unusually compassionate and very curious.

TRIGUN! *clears throat* Your anime collection is fantabulous ^^

Haha, thank you, ma'am!  Trigun was an obvious one for me.  I used to be so into that series, around the same time I was addicted to Rurouni Kenshin - I also owned that complete series.  But when I watched them both years later, I found that Kenshin didn't quite hold up for me (although the first OVAs remain amazing), though Trigun still did - so I sold the one and kept the latter.

My favorite blogger, have you gazed upon Beyond the Boundary? or Tonari no kaibutsu-kun (my little monster)? If you have, any thoughts?

I have been watching Beyond the Boundary.  I really enjoy the series overall, though I think I join with a lot of others who are disappointed in it because it could be better.

I only watched the first episode or two of Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun.  I actually did enjoy what i watched of it, but I had to let go because of time constraints.

16. If I own any anime merchandise

I do, but not too much.  I feel wasteful buying too many things.  I have Rukia (Bleach) and Ryoko (Tenchi Muyo!) figurines, and some key chains. :)

Oh gosh, YES.  Just one series.  Clannad After Story.  Repeatedly. -_-

New Zealand: Would you rather be an elf, dwarf, Hobbit, or wizard? Elves are so in vogue, right?  I think I’ll go with that.  If it’s a “Harry Potter” sorta wizard, though, that seems fun - LoTR wizardry seems difficult. :P

My favorite piece of clothing is an old Megatokyo sweatshirt.  My wife hates it, but I wear it all the time during winter anyway. :P

I’m usually super early to everything.  I was the guy who came to class 15-20 minutes early during college.

I went on a mission trip to Mexico during college - wonderful experience!

I’m horrible at empathizing with people.

My first game system was an Atari - I wish I had kept it!
