It started with a question: What would the albums I loved when I was younger look like if I did them in my cartoonish style? & thus work on a new series called Albums of My Youth or The AMYseries for short began. Eventually these images will have water color added with additional inks. It's really fun to go back to all the album art/music that enriched and inspired me all those years ago. These are the first four: 1. Dr. Dre, The Chronic 2. Marilyn Manson, Smells Like Children 3. Blind Melon, Blind Melon 4. Björk, Debut The originals will be sold off at the AMYseries show this fall but prints will be available at my Etsy store as well as at personal appearances/signings soon.
