I think you do a great job describing Aizen with planets from Halo than any other astrological stuff that I've seen. And a question, what do you like in Halo thats also in Bleach?
Thanks for your kind words :) I think it’s just because I have more of an interest in fictional planets because of not only how they are created (e.g., Requiem is a shield world created by the Forerunners), but also the role they play in the series. It’s really nice to know that a planet isn’t simply a celestial body, but an area with a story and it’s unique inhabitants.
There are various features of both series that I love: their architecture, their history, etc. I think one of their similarities that caught my attention the most was the various species present in both series. Bleach has characters ranging from humans, to shinigami, to hollows, to quincies, etc, and their combined interactions are always very interesting. A vast array of species populate Halo’s universe as well, from the different types of humanoids that predated the modern human, to the various members of the Covenant hegemony. Both series do amazing work in probing our curiosity with species that would have initially appeared “distant”.
