Gotta love Klaroline for that. ;) Honestly, I don’t know what I’d do without Tumblr these days. It’s one of my favorite places to be, frankly haha. Pathetic, I know.

Hi there! I've been using your themes for quite some time and I'm totally loving them all, but I noticed recently that I have a problem with them: they all display the same grey background. I don't know why, I'm copying the code and pasting it like it should be done, but with every theme I get the same background. Do you happen to know what I do wrong?

It's not you, it's tumblr :D no really. When you change your theme and the variables are called the same, i.e. the placeholders for background colour, background image etc., tumblr tends to just take the old settings and apply them to the new theme. Sometimes refreshing the page helps, but usually it doesn’t.

What you can do is either start by using one of tumblr’s simple default themes from the theme garden before you paste the new theme code, or follow these instructions by nutty-themes after you’ve already installed the new theme :)
