An original fiction (mystery set in the Regency period) by Anaross! Some of you know Anaross, or are fans of her stories set in the Buffyverse (on AO3: My Life Closed Twice, Long Day's Journey, Ransomed, Healed, Restored, Forgiven, to name a few), Veronica Mars, or Firefly. A tremendous source of inspiration for me and among the reasons I swan-dived into the Buffy fandom as a writer. In fact, one of the first Buffy fanfic I've ever written ( "Here and Now") was in response to her story, "Stay" (note the warnings).
