Thank God, today is Sunday. Of course, Sundays are perfect days to catch up with your studies.
After my Friday anatomy lesson, the time has come to start studying the muscles of the thorax and of the human back.
This is the first volume of my textbook of human anatomy, commonly called the “Anastasi” because of its author’s surname. It is one of the most popular anatomy textbooks here in Italy.
Have a nice med-day.

Anastasia Scheglova
Let’s talk about Gleb
because I feel like a lot of people view his character as a sort of villain in Anastasia and maybe that’s who he is meant to be, but that’s not how I see him.
Gleb was raised to love Russia, to hate royalty, etc. He is, in a lot of ways, like Javert from Les Mis actually. Both characters are antagonists and get in the protagonist’s way throughout the show, but at the end, when they can finally complete their sort of objective and maintain order, they choose to step aside and let the protagonist go.
BOTH CHARACTERS ARE DOING WHAT THEY FEEL IS RIGHT and an antagonist is not always a villain!!
But back to Gleb like honestly if you think he’s a villain can you rethink everything in Anastasia for a minute. He talks about his dad being a part of the revolution, so he’s trying to make his family (and country) proud. But he meets Anya and is kind of like “oh okay I like you pls like me too” but she’s kinda on a mission to leave. Every time he regards her, it’s with conflicted compassion. When he found out about her learning to be Anastasia, he left her with a warning instead of immediate consequences. If it were ANYONE ELSE they would have become a public example okay. Also he regards her as someone who needs protection, and in one song basically says he loves her but love and revolution do not go hand in hand!!
LIKE HE HAS TO KEEP CHOOSING BETWEEN WANTING TO CARE FOR HER AND WANTING TO MAKE OTHERS PROUD HES NOT A VILLAIN HES HUMAN
Okay i hope this makes sense
