The Siren (Lilitu’s ancestor) is a very loving and well-intentioned character. In her time she just wanted other people to be happy and live her life alone in the forest, but she was forced into a moirallegiance she didn’t want. She was used for her mind controlling abilities while she watched the life she had built crumble around her. The worst thing about The Siren is the fact that she was the reason so many of the ancestors were connected and the reason they all died.
The Oracle (Haaziel’s ancestor) followed her to The Prophet (Alocer’s ancestor) and ultimately it is why The Oracle fell under his control. The Siren fell in love with The Revolutionary (Maalik’s ancestor) and would secretly give him The Prophet’s attack plans. The Vagabond (Saleos’s ancestor) followed his lover, The Revolutionary, and began to distrust The Siren.
Out of the five, the Siren is the only one who survived. The Oracle was tortured before being killed by The Prophet during his final battle. The Revolutionary had his arms ripped off by The Prophet and was then killed by his hammer. The Vagabond was killed trying to kill The Siren out of sorrow because the troll he loved was killed because of her. And finally she killed The Prophet because she could no longer bear the burden of this world.
She’s a very tragic character because she watched everything she cared for fall apart. In the end she couldn’t bring herself to kill herself because she knew that’s what she deserved. She knew she deserve to live with the sins of her past and ended up dying a hermit with her lusus still at her side.
👻 sombra what do you think about Minosa and his existence?
“A testament to his ability yes. But a waste of what could be. The fool draws for himself and creates this by accident, the weapons he could make if he only focused like he once did with me.”“He fought like a child, blind and uneducated. A waste.”
Some Information on my character’s Ancestors. under a Read more because there were more than I thought
Adonai’s Ancestor: Maijah Fyrehm; The High Practitioner. Maijah was, compared to his descendant; An extremely skittish man. His natural talent in the medical field lead him to be recruited into the Fleet at an early age. However he quickly turned tail from the long required service of the Empire and opted to remain a neutral party. As long as he served both sides he would find safety on either should a fight break out. A deal was struck between him and commanders from both sides to assure his safety.
In his short lifespan he and his team lead discovery to several ways to prolong lifespans and usability of trolls with lost limbs with the use of Prosthetic; the robotics becoming advanced as quick as they were used. He gained his title from his leading point in the medical field.
Gaihan’s Ancestor: Syskoh Zetrou; The Gracious Entertainer. Nothing more than a palace whore, Syskoh took joy in his position. Despite being a lowblood he was a favorite to several Orphaners and other royalty. He was a popular request as entertainment for banquets and other similar parties. He was known for being a sweet talker; ever able to find his way into someones bed for further ‘entertainment’
Avylan’s Ancestor: Dracoa Netaro; The Keepress. Raised from a wriggler and groomed for her position as a jail warden, Dracoa’s job was to keep prisoners in line or dead. and due to her crime of killing one of the trolls who raised her in a spar, she was cast to do it alone. With only her Lusus for any kind of help Dracoa kept her jail secure.. All official records state that only the most dangerous criminals and fleet deserters ended up in her jail, left to their sentences; which for most low and midbloods meant death. Those same records state that her record for escapes were 0. Her death was shrouded in mystery and any investigation lead to belief that there had been a riot that she had been unable to handle; however every recorded prisoner in the prison was also killed at the same time.
What records do not tell about Dracoa is that she was an avid supporter of the rebellion and more often than not would release supporters in her jail while forging the records for their deaths.
Oriane’s Ancestor: Fa'ryan Duncan; The Beguiler. Fa’ryan’s life was one of thrill and danger, romance and drama. Really it was the kind of tale you would hear in wrigglers tales. Stealing from the rich to give to the poor. But not in the traditional sense. No, she was much more stylish in her thefts; often sweet talking and charming her targets into giving up everything they had. Everything she ever took was all used for those in lower standing. She even eventually took part in raids against the Fleet when the Rebellion started gaining in popularity.
Sedrix’s Ancestor: Danjre Inkayn; The Magnificent Virtuoso. Danjre was a yellowblood captured in a raid on a rebellion hide out. Without any Psiioncs to speak of he was sold into slavery and bought by an aspiring writer. The highblood who purchased him used the lowblood for his artistic skills; having him paint covers for his books or pictures for the passages. Word spread of his skill and he was soon summoned to ask as artist for the trials against the very people he had once worked with.
The weight of the trials over sweeps added up heavily in his mind and in a fit of guilt and anger he lashed out against his owner, killing the highblood before he was killed by another.
Aritoa’s Ancestor: Makira Bravon; The Vengeful. Makira's Life was short compared to that of other Jadebloods and she had absolutely nothing to do with the caverns. Her life's work consisted of being a smithy and she was perfectly content with that. Her title came when from an incident with her mate. When he was killed she closed her shop and went out to hunt down the trolls who killed him. Two seadwellers and a subjug were killed in her wake; one drained dry of blood. Another had his face completely ripped off along with several broken limbs and countless lacerations. The last was killed slowly; skinned, with several of his ribs ripped out and used to stab him with. The crime scenes were so gruesome and her rage more potent than a highbloods that she earned her title then. She died in the riots that destroyed The Keepress's Prison.
Saroua’s Ancestor: Morgan Belzie; The Alchemic Matriarch. Morgan was a woman of science; working in secret and hiding after abandoning her post in the Caverns. Her work was more important to her than her life; so while there are a lack of proper records regarding her actual work, there are files that state she was enlisted by the fleet as compensation for her abandoning her post as a jadeblood. Her job was to help develop sciences for the benefit of those who had to control lower ranks with Psiionics when they lacked their own. There are records that state her work was burned with her lab and that nothing remained; leaving the fleet without their intended goal. But there is a rumor that she left some encrypted copies of her notes somewhere on Alternia; for another aspiring Alchemist to find.
Diyara’s Ancestor: Yaniya Arakra; The Truculent. Despite being of noble birth; Yaniya was never one who liked taking order. She refused to comply to her service in the fleet and even refused to help with the Rebellion. Her motives were always a mystery but she wreaked havoc on both ends; enjoying the mess it created. Sadistic in her methods, she never cared who her fun hurt as long as she was in fact having fun.
Lyrana’s Ancestor: Verian Meinar; The Wellspring Informant. Verian made a name for herself early in her life; becoming an adviser to the empress and acting as her personal informant, it was the information that she gave to the empire that halted many rebellion organizations and brought down other leaders who would turn against the Empire.
In her wake of ‘justice’ she failed to notice; or if she noticed she failed to acknowledge, the lives she was ruining. It was in her later years that a plot was formed against her, leaking her false information, leading to several of the Empires commanders and a few platoons to be caught or killed by the very rebellion they were to destroy.
Verian was charged with treason for the false information and had to flee for her life. She lived in hiding for a hundred sweeps before she and her mate were both killed fighting drones.
Elerin’s Ancestor; Kaelyn Osdana; The Fortuitous. Kaelyn was one of the Fleets most respected Admirals; Known most for her tactical skills on the field as well as he strategic methods when planning her attacks on other planets. Her title comes not from her skills as an officer but from her incredible luck; records say that her plans rarely fell astray and any mission she lead came out with almost 0 casualties. Under her command the Fleet took over several small galaxies and obtained large foot holes in larger ones that least to further domination. Records say she eventually just. Vanished. A Successful mission without it’s commander. There are no traces of where the troll could of went and investigations have long since fallen cold.
- I don’t have a name for her, but “The Concave Imploder” comes to fucking mind because of how hard she could punch.
- She was much more likable than Kekeoa, in that she lead a political campaign during her youth to gain a following in the event she won the fight against the Empress and took the throne.
- She even actively looked for other Heiress to brain storm ideas for a new government.
- And to get to know their weaknesses. If she won that fight against the Empress these ladies were up next to fight HER for the throne.
- She is still very much alive! The head of her bloodline in fact
- She knows everything there is about the family ability. The tricks, loopholes, and workarounds. everything.
- She works as a spymaster and intelligence gatherer.
- She also makes it a point to find others of her line, knowing how lonely it is for young trolls to have the line ability.
- She is able to look through a person’s WHOLE life of memories with a knife like precision.
The Emperor:
- ‘Emperor’ was a LONG coveted title by this fucker. As soon as he could he took it.
- Back in the ocean he was not liked in the royal sea dweller court.
- What started as maybe a fondness of land dwellers turned into a drive to dominate and take advantage of them all.
- He was off his rocker NUTS by the end of everything, but only about halfway through is life span. I can’t even imagine what would have happened if he was able to get out of his murder.
- Had he not gone crazy, he was eventually going to go back to the royal court and show off what he had done. He made his own kingdom, has loyal subjects, and a campaign to take more land underway. To show his ideas where in the right and that everyone else could FUCK OFF.
Ze’s ancestor was a professional thief!!! Worked for a thieves guild and got into some trouble with local royalty and got really close to being culled until he got put in charge of protecting a noble under the threat that if ANYTHING happened to he was going to be killed slowly and /very/ painfully.
