Biggest surprise while writing this year?

Chucking my WIP plans not once, but twice because I was inspired by my Tumblr friends. First to abduct @raven-of-domain-kwaad​ 's Kelsa Kine into my Adas Legacy and writing a couple of stories - "Full Circle" and "In The Garden" about her and Teenah Malvern.

The second was @grandninjamasterren floating a head-canon, and I couldn't walk away from it. That resulted in "Consort"

Upon reflection… not a huge surprise that those two influenced my writing. :)

Ahh... Wouldn't the Goddess of Sexuality be... I dunno. Pansexual? I don't recall any myths of her having women lovers, but I always assumed it was more than likely ��. So the bisexual flag? It fits, is what I mean

obviously Aphrodite had women lovers because Xena Warrior Princess said so in season 6 episode 12

I actually laughed when this dialogue came up. She’s so angry you killed her soldiers. When honestly, what did she think was going to happen? All of a sudden I heard my poor LS Trooper replying with:

“I’m so sorry I didn’t let you kill me?? I guess??”

I know they played it up for tragedy but it made me giggle.
