According to the MCU, it is located at the intersection of Bleecker and Sullivan Streets in Greenwich Village:

But unlike Avengers Tower, this place and the surrounding area are nothing like that in real life:

Instead of our Bleeker and Sullivan, their MCU versions are our W 4th and W 12th streets:

And the real-life address is 280 W 12th St, New York, NY 10014.

The difference can be explained by the name swapping. The history of New York in the MCU is slightly different from the real one, so it’s easy to imagine that other streets would have received these names under different circumstances.
