One of the best dinner / cultural experiences I’ve ever had. We’re on vacay in Petra and had a traditional dinner in a Bedouin tent. The food is cooked for 6 hours in a coal-bottomed hole in the ground. A pot of rice is topped with a tier of first lamb and veg then chicken and veg. The taste is incredible and super healthy.
