it hurts my feelings that tumblr has divined that i like doctor who but somehow decided that means i need to only get recc'ed the posts that don't like Matt Smith.

like ok sure everyone has a different doctor they love. i like David and Peter fine and I wish that Jodie had better storylines to work with. But Matt Smith was my favorite.

and somehow Tumblr is like: oh ho ho this bitch only wants every post ever made where Matt Smith/11 is the least valued and least liked doctor. is there a poll asking which is the worst doctor? MATT SMITH WINS is there a poll asking which doctor you'd throw into an active volcano with bombs strapped to his shoes? MATT SMITH AGAIN.

Oh, Now I Get It! Episodes 11 and 12

We're continuing our series where I point out things that I just noticed, but seem obvious in retrospect. I watched the episode Cast Party today, and here are two observations I made that fit the description.

Amanda says that Zack did mention getting tangled in a harp, but she thought it was a metaphor. This confused me at first, but when I got to the end of the episode I realized it: he was performing when he quite literally broke a leg.

Zack says that when he broke his leg he was "trying something new." That could be foreshadowing the next episode, Cavendish Unleashed, when he struggled with his feet dexterity during the song "Time to Try Something New".
