Actually I think you should unapologetically use the Forbidden Magic to revive your dead girlfriend, and if the Consequences come later, that's a problem for tomorrow.

Carlos is low key giving a little 2015 blonde Lewis
they couldn't kill lewis' whimsy either, even though they certainly tried.
i do think carlos' hair looks silly but like...in such a fun way hahahah. who amongst us hasn't done something silly to our hair at age 22 just because of good vibes. i truly think it's fun/funny much like i found lewis' hair fun/funny.
in my defence i. very drunk rm so this works because like yes i miss my ex and we had coffee amd then they ignored and like if we can just take minute to talk about how fucking insane this behaviour is and im so heartbroken. and all of things im drunk on brandy? anyway so being gay truly sucks i am miserable

I’m somewhat annoyed but also amused by the fact that I just saw an English Penguin classics copy of Die Leiden des jungen Werther/The Sorrow of Young Werther that uses Philipp Otto Runge’s self portrait in a blue coat as the cover art.
That is about thirty years and at least two significant fashion changes off.
If you really want to use a portrait of someone in a blue coat, please use this one:
Honestly though can we have a moment to talk about how blindingly attractive Peter Capaldi was in this episode? Merry Christmas, indeed.
plrtzglrb replied to your post:If only you could have seen the "Aha!" look that crossed my face re: Dick and summer school. I definitely missed that on my first viewing and love the added detail it brings to the graduation scene. You are the best.
I think the simpler explanation is they have deadlines, and sometimes they just slip up.
Yeah, I assume that for the most part.
But the idea hit me that it makes a certain amount of sense to retcon Shelly Pomeroy's party, even if it is teeth-grittingly annoying and does mess up the continuity of the first season and the other events of Shelly's party (like Carmen getting drugged).
It's something I'm pondering as potentially the reason, but by no means hold as the absolute truth.
And even if it is the truth, the fact of the matter is that retconning bothers me on an intrinsic level. I mean, it's why I try not to give George Lucas any of my money, because he's constantly fiddling with the Star Wars continuity.
