ACONAS Update!
Hi guys! As some of you may have noticed today, there was no ACONAS update today 😢 the truth of the matter is that I just have not had the time to sit down and write in the last week. I even struggled a bit to get chapter 24 out last week because of my hectic schedule with school.
Now that I am past the midterm point, my acting program has grown increasingly more intense. To give a bit of an insight, I’ve had to select more than six monologues last week for upcoming auditions for our next season and I’ve only picked one out of two pieces required 😅 I also have to read multiple plays for research and analysis and that occupies the time I’d otherwise be able to write (or try to read ACOSF, which I have barely made a dent in 😭) There is so much more to it than that, but because my fellow BFA 1’s and I are advancing towards more intense training and preparing for our auditions, I haven’t had the time I truly need to dedicate to writing ACONAS!
Now before anyone can panic: No, I am not discontinuing ACONAS! I’ll just be taking a mini hiatus from posting until I can truly dedicate the time I need for writing the next chapter(s). As some of you have guessed, SEBASTIAN IS COMING!! I will neither confirm nor deny if that’s in the next chapter or the next two, or so on, but at this point in the plot I want to be able to give it all of my focus! I love this story so much and I love getting feedback from you guys! I’m sorry if a hiatus is the last thing you were hoping for at such a crucial point, but it is necessary for the sake of my mental health given my crazy real-life circumstances AND for ACONAS’s overall plot.
That said, I will be back! The time is TBA at the moment. I may or may not wait until my semester is over (approximately four weeks, give or take) or another week or two! It really all depends, but I promise the story is not over yet and I will return!
