i think if Cregan had a pregnant wife that was falling asleep a lot or was just so tired that tending to her duties was an effort, he’d insist that she rest and not do any more than that. because, to him, she is fulfilling her duty as the Lady of Winterfell by carrying his child and preparing to bring forth a first child or another heir into their lives, and ensuring that House Stark remains strong for another generation. he would hear none of her protests that she’s fine and can continue on as normal. he’d be so protective of her well-being and comfort, that he just wouldn’t budge on making sure that she’s resting, comfortable, and okay. and i think he’d take time out of his day too to stay by her side, watching over her like the protective husband he is (it’s the wolf in him, and all of that love too). he’d love his wife so, so much and remind her how grateful he is to have her by his side, how proud he is of her, how brave and strong she is, and how he will shoulder her other responsibilities while she’s saving up her strength for labor and having a newborn soon. he’d make sure she’s toasty warm in their bed, all of the fluffy pillows and furs she could ever want, and hold her hand while she falls asleep. and he’d kiss her brow too, so tenderly, when he’s satisfied she’s finally resting. ❤️
