‘’No, Morg. You get that weapon. It’s got an inexplainable eerie feel to it.’’ Inktober Quest, day 18: The Haunted Morning-star. (It’s Morg! And part of his backstory, from before he met the LaH-crew ^-^ I made this one in advance, and I still love it!)
‘’Remains To Be Seen’’ Some small Lord and Hunter-comic I completely forgot about until last week. Finally finished it and I still giggle about it when I see it. This was before Einkill leave me be XD
Some doodles I did yesterday, related to Lord and Hunter (further on in the story)
Lord and Hunter-related comics (coloured AND uncoloured) I did because I’m facing kind-of a writer’s block. I’ll get out of it but still, the week is busy, busy, busy. I need to work through that first. I’ll still be around, though.
It’s Paddy back in his ceremonial Tiefling form, all neutral, and Einkill the Dwarven Rogue being fucking incomprehensible. Because a REAL thick Scottish accent won’t bother anyone and is perfectly comprehensible XD -aaaahhhhh the camera just said ‘fuck it’ on the bottom half- Padlock is the main protagonist, originally brought up to an altar to be sacrificed to a cult. But a dark, unknown god interfered, and the boy remained alive, now with dangerous powers, little to no memory of his past and a thirst for truth: How did he become like this, and WHO does he have to blame? Einkill appears later in the story, as a mere roadside bandit. This rogue used to be a war-hero but after falling off a giant dragon Einkill lost the respect and glory that he expected, and now instead preys on passersby, living only on his own rules. That, however, changes when the crew goes through his usual preying spot... His quick wit and deadly slashes of his rapier make him a formidable foe -If only he could stop boasting about it or coming up with another crazy (and possibly deadly) idea-.
And then there’s Therr and Morg, the Gnoll Barbarian and the Half-Orc Paladin. I cherish them all equally. (don’t mind the finger on the left fffffssssjjj) Have I mentioned before Therr in THIS story was NOT raised by humans, but instead raised by his own kin and only abandoned later on, when he becomes too much of a danger for even his fellow gnolls? (Meaning he keeps his animalistic and aggressive ways) Plus, his intelligence is still really low. So though he is a simpleton in society’s standards, he IS an excellent scavenger, trapper, tracker ... And a Hunter. (hint hint) Morg’s the religious warrior who takes his job too seriously. After an experience with an otherworldly being he devoted his life to praise it in a chantry, isolated from the outside world. This causes him to be mostly confused of things and other people. He still remains devoted to his religion, though, and will scold (or attack) anyone that even dares disrespect his ‘God’. -little does anyone know that his vision WAS an actual god; The same that caused Padlock to be created.)
The two probably don’t mix that well at first, but still form a remarkable bond through the scars they share. To the both of them, scars are a symbol of strength, a trophy of battle, to prove that they lived on while the attacker did not. (and once again the fucking camera flopped on me.) I have no idea why I love all of them so much. But they’re my babbus and I cherish them. -Also, if anyone would like to help me with Lord and Hunter in terms of story (or something else), it’d be greatly appreciated. Love ya guys!
