My fiancé has a cold, and I feel bad that she has to spend the weekend sick. I know she feels rough, but she also sounds kinda cute...

Which is probably weird to say...

Anyway, I'm trying to take care of her... even though there isn't much I can do.

Yohane and Yoshiko

Full disclosure, I actually started this back in February, but I put it to the side cos I was not up for trying to draw angel wings. I came back to it recently though (in October) cos i got the idea to try painting them instead, and I’m glad, cos I loved this piece and wanted to finish it, and I’m glad the painted wings look good. :D Better than if I’d tried to draw them normally. Also featuring a slightly different style of shading used here, a lot of purples and blues to showcase some more dynamic lighting.

For all its the same person just with an idealised “second self” so to speak, the dynamic between Yoshiko and Yohane is an interesting one. I kind of like when the series features this duality of Yoshiko.
