reason #38164929 katara should’ve had a statue is that postwar she 100% would’ve taken up every social justice cause that crossed her radar. her leadership and activism wouldn’t result from being born into a position that called for her service, like aang or zuko, but from an active and engaged choice to support people she has no personal stake in
