Well. A scuffle it was not, but given how little use Takeo had had there in the first place, he couldn’t help but feel — selfishly, he’d admit it — as if nothing had changed. And yet how suddenly everything had. This might seem like a simple house visit, with the Lord stopping by to make sure that Raizel and the rest of the household were not upset by recent events. But still, he couldn’t help but feel something was... off. She didn’t seem her usual self at all (especially when interacting with the children, which she usually enjoyed). But it wasn’t as if he could say that directly to her.
“Raskreia? Is something...” He hesitated to say ‘wrong’... Takeo truly doubted that nobles liked to talk about how they felt, much less admit that anything was the matter when something was wrong. “Anything you want to chat about? What’s been going on?”
