I spent $80 for weekend groceries yesterday and now all I want is a bowl of plain Cheerios.

im attempting to improve my eating habits at least somewhat, and i know a good strategy is to figure out what healthy foods i actually LIKE so it wont be a chore to eat them. i know i like fruit smoothies and you can sneak spinach or whatever in there without it really tasting like vegetal, so im probably gonna try to make some. but i also know that since i eat pretty small portions generally it takes longer for me to eat stuff, so in order to avoid fruit going bad i think im gonna try meal prepping and see how it goes. you just make a little bag filled with the fruit and such, then you freeze it, and when you want a smoothie its really easy to just dump the frozen fruit and some milk/juice into a blender and viola you have a smoothie! of course i am making these plans at midnight so idk if i will follow through
aside from a couple snacks I've literally eaten nothing but homemade burritos for the past three days at what point do I ascend to burrito godhood
