puppy space steve would be such an angel.
all shy (and hesitant at first) and sweet. the most well behaved, quiet puppy there was.
thinking of it as an- steve brings it up to eddie soooo awkwardly. he's shy, looking at the floor and fidgeting with his hands like "soo. i kinda wanna try ____ but if you don't like it we don't have to-" and maybe he says he just wants to try it nonsexually for a while first (my fave) just to get a feel for the fantasy. the therapeutic release. to finally have a outlet to let go
and of course. eddie is more than happy to indulge. hell he's probably more eager than steve may be. to help his boy let go and take care of him in ways only he could. be steves safe place
they'd start with the baby steps first obviously. going soooo slow with each one. because i imagine steve would be shy and embarrassed even if its something he wants to do. maybe they start with a few accessories. collars, leashes, maybe a few puppy themed things like blankets. starting with mild puppy talk, soft puppy-like affection, lots of /good puppy's/ and gentle scritches on his scalp, behind his ears. territory that feels familiar like having his hair played with but puppy-like enough to slowly ease steve into this new roll/dynamic at his pace
