I was going to ask my mom if getting new glasses would throw off the timeline, because usually I get them in March, but then I remembered that if it's two years like the last time, it'll just reset (this is not verified vision insurance terminology) and I don't have anything to worry about

Alas. anon, I am afraid you're completely wrong. I tried homestuck three time and never stuck to it. I found the pesterlog and the troll's quirks very annoying to read. Any knowledge I have, it's entirely through cultural osmosis because it was impossible to avoid on tumblr during it's heyday.
