I was wondering why I could not get my Golbat to fuckin evolve, like surely at well over level 100 it should be friendly enough right? well no b/c using healing items to heal them also knocks friendship down. and you need high friendship + Soothe Bell to evolve them. But the Soothe Bell won't drop ig if your friendship isn't high enough.

Also, what kind of logic is there in putting in moves that literally cannot be used? I had to google wtf the (N) and (P) beside some move names means (b/c have a guide to explain shit? no. tutorials my ass, idk where these alleged tutorials are), turns out they meant Not Implemented and Partially Implemented. So (N) moves will just, straight up fail (ask me how I know). So like, why even put them in??? It makes you waste a move slot. (Partial just means it doesn't have it's secondary effect, which can be good or bad depending on the move tbh).

Well I haven’t watched sp all the way through for about a decade now, so I thought it was time

Sometimes I wonder how accurate the fandom is when it comes to how we interpret the characters. Like, why is Stan a football star so often in fanfic and why’s Kyle always the smart one? So I thought I’d rewatch the show and make notes along the way to see where the source of all these interpretations is. I also wanted to see if I could get some fun info to analyze, but season 1 is pretty sparse in that regard so there’s not too much of that in this post, but I’ll make a post for all the other seasons too as I watch them

In summary, it’s established in season 1 already that Stan’s a star quarterback and an animal lover, Kyle’s an A+ student, and Kenny is poor and knows a lot about sex and doesn’t have many qualms about doing crazy shit. Cartman is a bit weird since he’s mostly just a naive brat in this season, but he and Kyle have a mildly antagonistic friendship already

What are some Ava headcanons you have ?

Ohhhh boy you have opened a can of worms. I am seriously writing out every single headcanon I have. If I can't fit them all in one post there will be a second one. Actually I’m going to make a separate post for mental health headcanons but yeah

Her middle name is Grace, making her Ava Grace Bekker

She has BPD, panic disorder, and insomnia. In her school age years she also had an ADD diagnosis, but it's sometimes unclear where the ADD symptoms end and the BPD symptoms begin.

She has a medical marijuana card in the state of Illinois for insomnia, buuuuut she uses it recreationally just as much as she uses it medically. Hey, if she's got access, why not have some fun with it?

She came to the US on a H-1B visa, which is technically valid for three years, but after the first year she was pretty intent on staying in Chicago and applied for an EB2 Physician National Interest Waiver green card, which was approved just before she finished her CT fellowship, just in time for her to be an attending as a US citizen. She is also still a citizen of South Africa, and visits her parents there every so often.

Speaking of her parents, they don’t *love* “the whole gay thing”, so they have an agree-to-disagree policy in their household.

She didn't always want to be a doctor, much less a surgeon, when she was younger she wanted to be an aquatic veterinarian and work at a research + rescue aquarium.

She is terrified of spiders.

She was raised Christian, but is now an atheist.

She had both POTS and iron-deficient anemia as a teenager, and even though she's had great decrease in symptoms, she still has to wear compression stockings and occasionally gives herself an iron infusion or a saline infusion when she has a particularly bad day.

She has five female guppies, as opposed to bettas. She actually really does not like bettas.

She does also have a leucistic axolotl.

She has a Thing for margaritas, and would gladly choose a margarita over anything else.

She kind of has a problem with using alcohol and weed as coping mechanisms when her BPD is bad. She would never admit that it's a problem, but it is. When she's drinking to cope, she tends to go for vodka.

She had a pregnancy scare in high school, and all she could think about was how bad it would hurt.

Her mom is constantly sending her cheesy cardiology/surgery/etc related shirts. She has an entire drawer dedicated to them, and they're strictly used for sleeping.

Speaking of sleeping, she has a full set of bedding on her bed but sleeps on top of the comforter as opposed to under it. Instead, she uses a weighted blanket.

She's not a huge fan of labels, because she can't stand feeling restricted. She's *mostly* into girls, with the occasional exception.

Dr. Rhodes is her best friend, and they're not necessarily dedicated friends with benefits, but they'll have a drink and hook up every once in awhile when they're bored or stressed or whatever.

She said she hates peanuts in season four. This is... Sort of true. She likes peanuts in very specific circumstances. She likes peanut butter, but only the thick, sugary, unnatural kind, and this she will eat by the spoonful. seriously. she has one jar of peanut butter for her that she can double dip her spoon into, and one tiny jar that guests can have. The only candy she likes peanuts in is reese's cups and reese's pieces. This is a newly discovered love, however.

She loves reality tv. Hoarders? Sign her up. Motherfucking Rupaul’s Drag Race? Hell fucking yeah. She got a big kick out of Sixteen and Pregnant back in the day, and still watches Toddlers & Tiaras from time to time, even though she knows how awful the pageant industry is. She’s also a fan of standup comedy.

The first vacation she took in the US was a Disney World trip with Connor, Will, and Sarah. They pulled out all the stops for it, stayed on property, did the dining plan, the whole shabang (i might write a fic for this lol)

When she flew to America for the first time, she had a 15 hour layover in New York. She got in at seven in the morning, and left around 10pm at night to take the flight to Chicago. She used this free day to take a day trip to The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. One of her fish is named Lady Liberty to remember the day. The fish is a light shimmery green.

Her other fish are: Groot Rooi, Cheeto, Scampi, and Doubloon. Her axolotl is named Annabelle.

“For fuck’s sake Jungkook, can’t you unzip your own damn pants?”

“It’s not my fault they got stuck,” he whined, back arched awkwardly as he attempted to see what he was doing, “and I can’t see it because the zipper is in the fucking back.”

You sigh. The mall had started using Santa suits with the zipper in the back after some curious kid showed off Jimin’s candy cane boxers to the entirety of the shopping center last year. Now, your unfortunate best friend had managed to get the damn thing stuck.

“Move,” you frown, taking the zipper from him. You wiggled it back and forth a couple times before it finally moved down the rest of its track.

“Oh, thank god, I thought I was gonna be stuck in these forever.”

“God, you’re so overdramatic. It’s a wonder you make it through the day without me babying you every step of the way.”

“Hey, that’s not fair. You were the one who almost burnt down the kitchen making ramen.”

You roll your eyes.

You continue to strip yourself of your itchy elf dress and the god awful red and white striped tights to match. It takes everything in you not to glance over at Jungkook who is now inevitably just in a muscle tee and tight black underwear.

Normally, you would spend Christmas Eve getting black-out drunk with your friends. This year, however, most of them were going home to their families or had started families of their own. Which left you and Jungkook alone with each other for the first time in years.

You were nervous. And you hated that. There was no reason why you should feel like throwing up at the prospect of spending an evening with your best friend. You had done this a million times, why was this time so special? Maybe it’s because you can’t remember the last time you spent more than two hours alone with him.

Ever since Jungkook started dating some girl from his animation class last year, the time the two of you spent together had decreased drastically. You couldn’t blame him, everyone around you was finding themselves in long-term relationships, excited to build a future now that college was almost over. He was just doing the same, and for a while, you thought she would be the one (a thought that left you crying in your bed for a week). You’re embarrassed to admit how pleased you were when Jungkook arrived at your doorstep four months ago, piss drunk at three in the morning to tell you she had cheated on him.

That was the last time you had spent a decent chunk of time and he was either crying or asleep for most of it. But now, here you were, following Jungkook to his beat-up Toyota Corolla, with the intent to spend the night with him. And while he hadn’t shown so much as the slightest hint that he may share your feelings, you couldn’t help but hope.

Three hours later, your nerves have been calmed by the half-a-bottle of wine you’ve downed. Your face is warm, but the spot on your thigh where his hand rests is warmer. Jungkook had convinced you to watch the Holidate despite your better judgment, and now you wanted to bleach your eyes.

“I can’t believe we watched that,” you groan into his shoulder, “I should be able to sue the production company for the two hours of my life that just got wasted.”

Jungkook lets out a buzzed giggle at your complaint, body shaking lightly next to yours.

“It was terrible,” he agreed, “but Seokjin said it was good.”

“Jin has a terrible taste in movies, and you know it.”

“True.”

He turned to look at you, little sparkles in his doe eyes as he gave you the sweetest smile. Your stomach flips.

“So, what do you want to watch?”

“I think you know the answer to that.”

“Do we really have to?”

“Don’t pretend like you don’t love Die Hard just as much as me,” you slap him playfully, “besides, you know you’re going to make me watch Love Actually after this.”

“Whatever.”

“You know it’s true, Kookie. We all know you’re a hoe for Bruce.”

“Am not.”

“If you want to live in denial, who am I to stop you.”

Despite his vehement denial of loving the movie, Jungkook quoted nearly the whole damn thing. If it weren’t for his adorable ‘yippee-ki-yay motherfucker’, you probably would’ve smacked him.

“You didn’t have to quote the entire thing,” you grumble.

“Sorry.”

He looks up at you with his doe eyes and you melt.

“It’s fine, just don’t do it with Love Actually. It’s confusing enough as it is without you talking over it.”

“I won’t, I won’t. Just admit to me you actually love the movie though.”

“I really don’t see the appeal.”

“How can you not see the appeal? It’s a cinematic masterpiece.”

“Yeah, but it’s confusing with all the different stories and I don’t understand British people at all. Also, as a single person, it’s incredibly painful.”

“How is it painful?”

“Because I want someone to fall in love with and cuddle me throughout the holidays.”

Despite being best friends with Jungkook since the pair of you were in pull-ups, you had never felt comfortable talking about sex with him, even before you realized your feelings. You smack his bicep, but don’t respond. Neither does he, simply turning to the screen before him and pressing play.

You’ll never admit it to Jungkook, but you do quite enjoy the movie. When you looked over at Jungkook, you were surprised to find a downcast face.

He remains silent, only taking your hand in his, thumb gently rubbing over your skin. His eyes stare down at where your palms meet, and despite your best friend’s apparent distress, you can’t help but notice the warm tingles radiating from his touch. With your free hand, you reach up to brush the tears from his cheek, a pout forming on your lips.

“It’s just,” he sighs, pulling away from you and wiping his eyes, “it’s just, I want it to, you know.”

You tilt your head to the side confused.

“What are you talking about Kook?”

“What you were saying earlier, about the cuddling and dates and shit. I want it too.”

“Oh, Kookie.”

You pull him into, clasping his neck as he buries his nose in your shoulders. You want so badly to tell him that he can have it. He can have all of it and more. With you. But you know now is not the time for confessions.

He pulls his head back to look at you, a twinkle in his eyes that you can’t quite place.

“What is it Kookie?”

He looks down at this lap and then back up at you.

“I don’t want it with just anyone.”

“Well of course not, you’d want it with someone who can love and cherish you just as much as you love and cherish them.”

A dull ache in your heart was beginning to grow. He was so close to being yours, lips only inches away. But yet it seemed a mile still remained between the two of you.

“That’s not what I mean.”

You are once again sent hurling back into confusion.

“Well then what do you mean?”

“I want,” he falters, breathing unsteady like a fish out of water. He grabs your hands again, holding them tightly as if he was afraid you’d slip away. Your heart was pounding in your chest, your mind only just beginning to grasp onto what was happening. Part of you refused to believe, refused to hope, less you were wrong.

“I want you.”

His voice was soft, almost too quiet to hear, but the words were there. You felt your body tense up, shocks running up and down your spine, sirens wailing in your head. You had hoped for this moment for months, no, years, and here you were, and you were totally unsure what to do with yourself.

When you don’t respond, he pulls away and turns to face the TV.

“I’m sorry,” you see him wince in an attempt to stop the tears that are forming in his eyes, “I shouldn’t have said anything. Forget that I ever opened my mouth.”

“Kookie I…”

He turns to look at you and you can’t help yourself. His lips are just as soft as you’d dreamed about during lonely nights. He responds immediately to your kiss, mouth forming against yours as his hands come to cup your jaw softly. Soft glowing warmth radiates throughout you and you are no longer sure whether the tears you feel on your cheeks are his or yours.

You pull away and look into his eyes and at once you recognize the twinkle dancing in them.

Love. Adoration.

He didn’t need to say the words. They were already there. Unspoken. Filling the small space between his body and yours. Radiating throughout the room.

He grabs your waist and swings your body over his so that he is slotted between his thighs. Your hair falls down around you as he stares up at you, his eyes telling you everything you’d ever need to know.

“Will you be mine?”

You nod before leaning down and pecking his lips. You want more than anything in this world to be his.

“I love you, Kookie.”

His eyes go wide, body stiff beneath yours. He slowly lifts a hand up to brush the hair out of your face.

You were seriously debating ditching, if truth be told, but Shoto would freak, and you’d already seen enough of him angry and afraid. Another incident with him storming into your room with flames covering half of his body was the last thing you needed.

“What’ve I told you about biting your nails?” Shoto sat down besides you, graceful as ever.

“Sorry, ‘m just thinking.” You let yourself lean into him, nose crinkling when his scent invaded your senses.

“Sho… why do you smell like blood?” You tried to keep your tone light, ignoring the lingering scent of the alpha that had tried to scent you earlier that seemed to hover around him.

“I just had to take care of something dear, you don’t need to worry.” His tone was gentle, pulling you closer to kiss your temple. Pursuing the matter seemed pointless, that was his answer, and he wouldn’t budge so you merely nodded, going back to your previous thoughts of going back to your room.

“What’s wrong, Y/n?”

“Hmm? Oh it’s nothing serious.” Your head rested on his shoulder, and you felt his grip on you tighten.

“Y/n… don’t make me ask again.” You felt his hand heat up against your waist.

“It’s nothing, Sho. I’m just… having a really bad day, and I just… I just wanna go to my room.”

“Then let's go!” And then he was pulling you up, ignoring your protests as he dragged you back towards the dorm.

Izuku Midoriya

Okay, we all know this boy isn’t the most alphaish alpha

But still, he’d be overjoyed that you didn’t mind that, and that you still respected him and submitted to him.

He’d be a flustered mess trying to court you

He’d gift you with random trinkets, sometimes he’d attach little notes to them

When you accepted he just started bawling

His bond mark is the most prominent, and he even goes over it when he’s feeling particularly possessive

He’s the most possessive, so be expecting to be absolutely covered in hickies to show people you’re taken.

Izuku would even go as far as to scent you in public if he feels his scent is wearing off, or to prove a point

Since he doesn’t come off as the most alpha, he’s used to people trying to steal you away.

That being said, he can become the scariest motherfucker in less than a second if anyone tries to cross him

People that have tried anything with you tend to have accidents

But it couldn’t be linked to izuku, he’s such a sedate alpha.

He’d actually knit you blankets for you to nest with, made with only the softest wool

He’d prepare the room you decided to nest in beforehand, stocking it up with food and water for you.

Wouldn’t budge from outside the door until you let him in.

It’d been a long day, and you were finally, finally back in your room. Izuku had gone to take a shower, promising he wouldn’t be long, and you were trying to get a head start on your homework. You’d been falling behind in your classes, Izuku taking up most of your time since you’d bonded. You just… couldn’t say no to him, he’d look at you with those eyes, and start tearing up and you were gone. You were going to fail if this went on for much longer, truth be told. With that in mind, you tried to focus fully on your work.

It wasn’t long before Izuku was back, hair damp from the shower and dressed in loose sleep clothes. He wasted no time plopping down next to you, eyeing your work with obvious distaste. Your attention should be on him.

“Y/n, I’m back.” Izuku cooed, laying down next to you. When you only mumbled out a reply, something about needing to get this done, his annoyance spiked. The alpha sat back up, snarling quietly as he grabbed your work and tossed it off of the bed. Any complaints died when you saw how angry he was, green eyes brighter than usual and canines sharp.

“Izuku, baby, you know I’m gonna fail if I don’t get this done.” You kept your tone soft, fingers coming up to push his damp hair out of his face.

“I’ve barely seen you all day! Please Y/n I missed you.” Izuku whined, tears starting to glisten in his eyes.

Of all of them he’d be the one to just kidnap you, rather than try to befriend you like the others.

When you don’t put up a fight he’d be over the moon, glad that you were being so submissive for him.

He wouldn’t be one for traditional courting, but he’d still gift you with things if you were being good

Would burn you so people knew who you belonged to.

So you hadn’t moved from the bed, but the mission was taking longer than you’d expected, and worry was bubbling up in your chest. You were too worried to read, your mind just drifted back to Dabi, wondering if he was okay. The door to your room finally opened, revealing a, thankfully, uninjured Dabi.

“Hey dollface, you gonna greet me?” He asked, and that was all it took for you to launch yourself at him. He buried his face in your neck, breathing your scent in deeply and letting out a sigh.

“You stayed on the bed the whole time?” He pulled away to ask, blue eyes lighting up when you nodded.

“You’re such a good omega, Y/n. My good omega.”

Toga starts talking about why she does what she does and brings that time Curious almost killed her. Damn I haven't thought about Curious since the my villain academia arc. Ochako looks understandably horrified by this and girls start attacking each other.

so first session; i went through the pyre(something i forgot the full name sob) forest/sprout mole village/sweetheart’s castle in one go and let me TELL YOU. DOING THAT WAS FUCKING INSANE I WENT NUTS holy shit.

so anyway.

pyre forest!!!! the lil race against the big spider coming after u for disturbing the smaller spiders mechanic was very fun i had a lot of fun figuring out the best routes to take. i know normally mechanics like that lead to ppl getting frustrated cause u have to keep retrying but i had a lot of fun!!!! sum annoyance but good natured type, th kind that just makes u try harder u know? i just enjoyed it JKFN;FN; candles in the foggy forest....now That is an aesthetic

the rare bear scared the fuckin shit out of me i remember it didn’t attack me straight away so i was like “aw (:” but then when i press x on him it takes me to a BATTLE SCREEN AND SUDDEN THAT MF IS TERRIFYING I WAS LIKE WHWHWHWHWKJDNJ. very funny i honestly wished i recorded my reaction

also omori is afraid of drowning...................................i am breathing heavily. i think whatever happened to mari is related to at least one of the things omori is scared of. so either heights, spiders, or drowning it seems. spiders doesnt seem super likely as a contributor to her death, and while falling from a height is more realistic, such a senseless way of dying doesnt seem to rlly fit ? with the vibe i get from the kiddos in the real world. which makes me think maybe drowning/otherwise suffocating is how she died...but we’ll see. also due to the forgotten library part, we know omori explicitly feared spiders/drowning before mari died so it’s also probable im jus talking out my ass here but still,,,,thoughts
