Quitting update
Had only half a cigarette so far today. Been wearing a patch since 11:00 or so. Starting to see spots in our vision but none of the abhorrent shakes we had last week. Hopefully, it stays that way. I want to get through today without smoking until we get home. It’s so frustrating, though. >:[

First time he fronts in a while and he gets a migraine... Anders is helping some but it's still really shitty. Hopefully it's gone by morning because we have plans with our family...
