It was a nice day, the sun was shining, the sky was blue, and the scent of pizza wafts from a nearby alley. Kuro had managed to find a whole box of fresh pizza because some stupid person had forgotten to say no mushrooms and tossed the box in response. So he was happily benefiting from their loss.
