Dear friends, I am at a loss. The palette I had in mind is not working. I wanted to use a kind of tealish blue to contrast the greens, but I picked the wrong shade of green Copics and the blues I have are also the wrong shade. My darling helpfully pointed that out, I learned a lot from her insights. Which other colour should I use to make this piece pop? I've considered my usual yellow for accents in the chest or otherwise or pinks for the mane but I dunno. I thought about just going ahead and seeing what happens but it would be fun to see what your thoughts might be on this. My thanks abound, this colour business is hard. I'm currently working on a slew of other dudes and also playing with water colour.
