It had been a peaceful trip up until now. She, along with Jared and Talcott, had been on their way to Caem when she had noticed Imperial ships above them. Iris had tried to hide with the other two as best as possible but eventually the soldiers had found them and dragged them closer to the ship.

"Tell us where he is." She heard one of the men saying to Jared. None of them would talk. They couldn't give Noctis up. They refused to. Iris swallowed quietly, watching as a gun was raised to Jared's forehead, her eyes wide. "Wait!" She bolted out from her spot, head lifting immeadalty at the press of a blade  against her neck. "Don't hurt them. Let them go. I'm Iris Amicitia. My family is close with the Prince's. "

She was doing this for Jared and for small Talcott. "My brother is his shield. Take me and they'll show up at your doorstep for me." She bargained, praying that Gladdy would have some sense to not come for her. Iris would be fine, no matter what they did to her. The blade was lowered from her  neck on command, her head remaining high.

"Heh. He'll love you. Take her."

Iris felt herself be pulled toward the ship, looking back at Talcott and Jared as she went. "Tell Gladdy I love him!"  She shouted but she wasn't sure they could hear her. She was tossed roughly into a corner where she curled up, holding her knees. --- The next time she awoke, she was out of the strange ship and in a room of some kind. She figured she was in a Nif base but she didn't know which one. Iris went to the window slowly, wincing. She definitely had some bruises from the manhandling she had received but those would fade. Bronze eyes gazed outside, trying to find landmarks to tell her where she had been taken.

The little Amicitia turned when she heard the door unlock and then open, frowning. Who in the hell was this? She relaxed her hands at her sides, trying to look like the non threatening girl most people took her for.

This felt oddly unfair, as if fate had dealt her a poor hand and she would never be tall enough to headbutt a man that size. Not to mention her boots added like three inches.
