every other odd one
1: What did you do in 2014 that you’d never done before? Snowboarding. It rocked
5: What countries did you visit? The Bahamas. There may have been somewhere else, but I cant remember.
9: What was your biggest failure? IDK. This year rocked. Maybe that my individual event didn’t place at the drama competition, but that was expected (and the judges were very obviously biased)
13: Whose behaviour made you appalled? I was very appalled at the way my aunt and uncle were raising their 3 year old twins. They are going to grow up into spoiled brats that get whatever they want and don’t do what they are told.
17: Compared to this time last year, are you: (a) happier or sadder? (b) thinner or fatter? (c) richer or poorer? A) Happier? B) Fatter, but like, by less than 10lbs. C) Richer. I get paid more and never have time to go shopping
21: Did you fall in love in 2014? Nope
25: What was your greatest musical discovery? Personally, I learned that I am no longer a soprano. I also discovered I like a lot of Fall Out Boy songs and the Great Gatsby soundtrack is a gift to the world.
29: What one thing made your year immeasurably more satisfying? Being in the Production Drama class at my school
33: What political issue stirred you the most? IDK. I try to stay as far away from politics as I can.
Thanks for asking :)
the epitome of economics (for the mixtape thing)
I had to come up with 5 songs, right?
Price Tag - Jesse J
Baby You’re a Rich Man - The Beatles (i think)
Money MOney Money - ABBA
Cat’s In the Cradle - (IDK who sings this, and it might be a bit of a stretch, but whatever)
That one song about Gold from Pocahontas
Thanks for asking :)
multiples of three
3. Do you prefer to be friends with girls or boys?
boys. they are generally more straightforward as friends
6. How do you look right now?
like trash lmao I was in pajamas all day except when I went to the store and I just got back and changed right back into pajamas
9. Do you wear jeans or sweats more?
jeans. I rarely if ever wear sweats
12. If the person you like says they like someone else, what would you say?
I'd be really excited for them! and I would watch and see if maybe their crush liked them back and listen to all their gushing and just really hope that they got together omg
15. Do you care if people talk badly about you?
kinda? if it's a flaw I'm trying to improve upon then I feel bad, but otherwise I don't really care
18. Have you ever liked someone you didn’t expect to? hoo boy
21. Name something you dislike about the day you’re having.
I have an assignment that I don't know how to do. also it seems like it's always 8pm today and it's really throwing me off
24. What are you sitting on right now?
a chair????
27. Who was the last person you talked to before you went to bed last night?
my brother probably
30. Does anyone hate you?
lmao probably but who cares
33. Are you a jealous person?
I don't think so??
36. Is there anyone you can tell EVERYTHING to?

exchange them for “sum, esse, fui” verbs
-_-
the mults of five! :)
5: Talk about the best birthday you've had.my best birthday? wow I don't remember birthdays so well tbh. I wanna say my 6th birthday just because I remember I got 11 presents and I was really happy about it for some reason
10: Talk about the biggest fight you've ever had.once a whole group of guys in 5th grade came to pick on our whole group of nerds during recess and I would usually get into fights on behalf of my friends but everyone there got into a fight on behalf of everyone else so can you imagine what it's like to be the assistant coach having to break up a fight between about 30 kids public school is wild
15: Talk about the time you were most content in life.homeschool was amazing tbh I didn't know shit about social studies or grammar but basically between when I got homeschooled (like 5th and 6th grade except when my dad was in Army retraining, in which case I went to public school) and 10th grade all my math classes were just reiterating what I had learned in homeschool so yknow it was great. field science was beyond amazing too I mean there were no limits to how fast I could learn if I wanted to so math and science were so much fun
20: Talk about something that happened in high school. one time in ninth grade our algebra 2 class retrieved a bunch of goldfish from 7th grade biology next door (they were looking at fins under a microscope so they'd take out the goldfish and wrap them in wet gauze which strips their protective body goop) as an aquatic rescue and I took one home and my mom was like "oh HELL no" but when I got to the car with this three liter jar with a fish in it there was nothing she could really do at that point. he had black eyes with reflective red pupils and I named him Diablo. he died in june or july he was really cool
25: Talk about an ex-best friend.I used to be part of a BFF trio but one died and the other entered a scene phase and basically never came out of it. her mom was kinda neglectful and basically never parented her at all and taught her a lot of bad habits. we still keep in touch but sometimes I really worry about her. she's really nice but she's really a wild child and never has understood the consequences of her actions when I knew her well and she doesn't now and I really want her to be okay.
30: Talk about what turns you off.bad smell and a bad personality
35: Talk about things you wish you could stop doing.I really wish I could stop talking so much! like I joke and people laugh but I'm always afraid people secretly think I'm really annoying. btw I know several of you in real life so I really won't get offended if you straight-up tell me I'm annoying. I'd much prefer it actually, and if you said what annoyed you, I may or may not try to stop depending on how important it is to me. also I wish I could be better at hiding when I'm anything but happy or sleepy.
40: Talk about the end of something in your life.
well, at the end of ninth grade, I got diagnosed with ADD, which was at once really good and really bad for me. it showed me that I wasn't intrinsically a failure after all, but a lot of my quirks were actually symptoms, and medicated, I was a blank slate for a while. also I switched schools after ninth grade and if you can imagine switching schools when you have no grasp on who you actually are because basically your entire personality is a collection of symptoms that are now gone, that's exactly what it was like. so that was the end of thinking how my mind works was my fault, but it was also the end of my self-confidence in my personality. I've never been quite sure of who I am since.
2, and then the other even ones
2: A song you like with a number in the title
"One Week" by the Barenaked Ladies is great. And it makes no sense. Like me.
4: A song that reminds you of someone you would rather forget about
I don't wanna talk about it. Nah, I'm just trying to avoid finding an alternate answer from the other time I answered this.
6: A song that makes you want to dance
"Fight Fire With Fire" by Kansas is an awesome song. And I hate dancing but I still wanna dance to it.
8: A song about drugs or alcohol
"Captain Jack" by Billy Joel. It's been on my playlist for a really really long time, and I still can't tell if he's criticizing it or endorsing it. Probably criticizing. Or maybe-
10: A song that makes you sad
"Wasted Time" by The Eagles is sad but also inspiring. It's kinda depressing until the last line.
12: A song from your preteen years
Being completely honest here, one of my favorite songs was "All Star." And I think that was before I watched Shrek.
14: A song that you would love played at your wedding
"Just the Way You Are" by Billy Joel would be great. I know what he means in this one.
16: One of your favorite classical songs
I like Classical Music, but I can't really name anything off the top of my head except "The Wild Horseman"
18: A song from the year that you were born
"I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing" by Aerosmith.
20: A song that has many meanings to you
"Desperado" by the Eagles. It's one of those songs where you know there's a deep meaning, but you can't quite grasp it.
22: A song that moves you forward
"Move Along" *buh dum hiss* but actually, "Jukebox Hero" by Foreigner is great for that for some odd reason.
24: A song by a band you wish were still together
"Loosing my Religion" and "It's the End of the World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)" by R.E.M. Actually I had to Google various bands to see who's still together and who's not.
26: A song that makes you want to fall in love
"I Want to Know What Love Is" by Foreigner I guess.
28: A song by an artist with a voice that you love
Billy Joel's voice is incredible. So is Don Henley's. So "Piano Man" by Billy Joel and "Hotel California" by the Eagles
30: A song that reminds you of yourself
I'm sure you've guessed that I like Classic Rock by now, so I'm gonna go with "Old Time Rock and Roll" by Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band.
There we go! That's the last of the music asks! Thanks for asking everyone!
I’ve been tagged!
Rule 1: Always post the rules Rule 2: Answer the questions the person who tagged you asked, and write 11 new ones Rule 3: Tag 11 people and link them to the post Rule 4: Actually tell them you tagged them
I was tagged by the dear comeonecomealltothistragicaffair, who asked me:
1. What is your main OTP?
Miss Elizabeth Bennett and Mr. Darcy. I love Pride and Prejudice (both the book and the six-hour TV show).
2. How do you or did you feel about high school?
haha ha hA HA HA HA I'M FREE I'M NEVER GOING BACK YOU CAN'T MAKE ME (it had it's moments). I'm not really missing it all that much (graduated on the 28th of June) because I only had two super close best friends and we know how to keep in touch. Plus, I went through major depression and anxiety issues in 11th grade, and that plus the IB program kindof turned me off public education entirely. My senior year wasn't too bad.
3. Do you watch anything on TLC? (19 Kids And Counting, Say Yes To The Dress, The Little Couple, Etc.)
I don't have tv, and I've never seen any show from the channel.
4. Who would win in a fight: The Hulk or Batman? Why?
The Hulk. Super strong, fast, and pretty much impervious to any of Batman's gadgets. I bet, with time and energy to spare and plan beforehand, Batman could come up with some kind of trap for the Hulk, but in a simple head-to-head cagematch, the Hulk all the way.
5. What is your favorite food EVER?
My favorite candy is those caramel green apple lollipops. My favorite food to reheat in a microwave is spaghetti with tomato sauce. My favorite food to make is pie. Toasted Asiago cheese bagels with butter is a nostalgic favorite. My fave bedtime drink is warm milk with sugar and cinnamon. I like homemade tortillas. However, I think my absolute all-time favorite of any food ever is beef stew with barley and vegetables.
6. Are rollercoasters fun or scary?
FUN! I once went on the Kingda Ka. It was amazing.
7. What are your three current favorite songs?
"Lovers In A Dangerous Time" by Barenaked Ladies
"New York State of Mind" by Billy Joel (I'm homesick)
"Elephant Love Medley" from "Moulin Rouge"
8. Thoughts on Michael Cera?
Who? (jk, he's just really weird and I don't like his movies much)
9. What is the movie you could watch over and over?
"Pride and Prejudice" (again, the six-hour version) is my favorite ever, but I also love "A Knight's Tale" and "Porco Rosso". I also like TOS Star Trek- it's very soothing and comforting.
10. Do you want to have kids one day?
I would like a plural number of kids, but no more than two small children at a time. Little kids are hard to handle, but I think being a mom would be a most noble calling.
11. Have you ever faced a big fear of yours?
Yes, when I got myself into therapy despite my severe social anxiety, and despite my generalized anxiety and depression telling me it was a stupid idea. Let me tell you, from the way I'm feeling now, it was the best idea of my life.
Okay, my turn now!
What's your favorite dance move?
What Hogwarts house are you in?
Favorite superhero and why.
If you could be in any movie, which would you be in and why?
What age group of people are you most comfortable socializing with? (ex. little kids, 60+, peers, etc.)
What's your favorite religion? (even if you don't practice it, just which one do you admire most)
Tell me your favorite joke, even if it's the dumbest post on tumblr, so long as it was the one that made you laugh rolling on the ground for half and hour and still makes you smile every time you see it.
What's your favorite song to sing along with?
Your favorite snack food?
Which celebrity would you want for a big brother/sister?
Sweet and salty, sweet and sour, or savoury foods?
I tag zelusandathena, cecilanswersthevoid, companionofatimelord, schneckers, andimjavert, dishonourtoyourcow, hail-sebastian-stan, as-the-deer, redfloon, and bookwormnerdfighter.
Good luck candidates. Don't forget the rules!
