Well it was nice having two vehicles for a week and a day.
We returned the truck today. We were very confused on why our loan was denied by the dealerships banks but they asked that we bring the truck back so we did. Once we talked to the finance guy it all made sense.. Apparently the truck was overpriced and if it was totaled a bank would loose money on it so the dealership asked us to put $10,000 down (1/3 of the entire cost) that way it would only appear to be a loan for $20,000 and the bank would approve it. What a joke. So we are back on the hunt for a good truck for Levi. It's sad because we both loved that truck and we were okay with the price but we aren't okay with putting that much down. It does make me happy to understand that we weren't denied because of anything else. We were very confused because Levi's bank already approved him for a decent vehicle loan and we had been approved for a large house loan, yes I know house loans are different than vehicle loans but still.
