Andre had faked an illness halfway through practice earlier today in order to setup for Cameron's birthday surprise, needing some extra time to make sure it was all just right. Just before leaving the locker room, he had slipped a small note into one of Cam's shoes where no one else would find it, telling him to be at Andre's house at 8 and dress nice. They had been sneaking around like this for so long, they'd almost gotten it down to a science, at least most of the time. Dre spent most of the afternoon getting everything he needed for the meal, having to go to pick up the fresh crawfish he had ordered to be overnighted, and a few other stops for rest of the ingredients. Now with the crawfish étouffée perfectly prepared and set up on the table, along with a cupcake, few candles, and the box containing his gift, Andre was putting the finishing touches on his look for the night. A dark gray button up with black pants and one of his more simple gold and diamond chains. Just cause they were hiding everything about this, didn't mean Andre wasn't going to make it as close to a perfect date for Cameron's birthday as he could. They rarely let the emotional side show, one or both of them shoving it down depending on the day, but a birthday was worth letting it all out for. "Coming!" he yelled out at the sound of the doorbell, taking his time to go open the door with a grin on his face. "Happy birthday."
