Andre had faked an illness halfway through practice earlier today in order to setup for Cameron's birthday surprise, needing some extra time to make sure it was all just right. Just before leaving the locker room, he had slipped a small note into one of Cam's shoes where no one else would find it, telling him to be at Andre's house at 8 and dress nice. They had been sneaking around like this for so long, they'd almost gotten it down to a science, at least most of the time. Dre spent most of the afternoon getting everything he needed for the meal, having to go to pick up the fresh crawfish he had ordered to be overnighted, and a few other stops for rest of the ingredients. Now with the crawfish étouffée perfectly prepared and set up on the table, along with a cupcake, few candles, and the box containing his gift, Andre was putting the finishing touches on his look for the night. A dark gray button up with black pants and one of his more simple gold and diamond chains. Just cause they were hiding everything about this, didn't mean Andre wasn't going to make it as close to a perfect date for Cameron's birthday as he could. They rarely let the emotional side show, one or both of them shoving it down depending on the day, but a birthday was worth letting it all out for. "Coming!" he yelled out at the sound of the doorbell, taking his time to go open the door with a grin on his face. "Happy birthday."

Theo's heart was pounding without moving a muscle, standing outside the gym with sweaty palms and a lingering need for the personal trainer he couldn't hold down any longer. Things had shifted between them as Theo foolishly thought his marriage could be on the mend, but as his mind kept flashing back to Jamie as his physical body was with his husband, he knew he was mistaken — and maybe this time, at his own fault. It was a mix of desperation and guilt that lead him through the door, almost instantly eyeing the younger male from across the room spotting another. He kept a low profile at first, offering shy smiles to anyone he passed, finding comfort in the corner until his gaze finally met Jamie's.

Kyana was a mess, to say the least. The run in with Cameron had completely thrown her off after years of purposely avoiding him and knowing that his father was likely to be around the corner at any moment with some new thinly veiled threat to keep Jace a secret. Her heart felt like it was going to beat out of her chest as she made her way back to the shop to get her phone, finding it immediately sitting on top of the tool box. One text from her uncle, and one text from childhood best friend, Nick. The only two people in the world who know the truth about Jace and the situation she was in with Cameron's dad. Both warning her that they had seen Cameron running around. "Fuck," she yelled out, mentally cursing at herself for forgetting her phone. Right now, all she knew was that she needed to get to Jace and get him home. Looking at the time, she knew he was at the park playing football with his friends and his phone would be in his backpack. Quickly she grabbed the keys to her truck and took off driving, navigating the same roads she had for her entire life with ease but her eyes darting in every direction for a sign of Cameron. Or even worse, his father. The truck practically squealed to a stop in the parking lot and she walking quickly to the field where the kids were place. "Jace!" she called out to him, waving at him to come to her. As she approached, she watched him throw a touchdown pass to another kid and do a celebration just like his father had done a million times. It was scary how alike they were despite not even knowing about the other. And she had no idea that Cameron was in the park watching too.

"Come on, we have to go. I've got an online training to do tonight and won't be able to come get you later," she lied, to which he attempted to protest. One stern look from her had him saying his goodbyes, a chorus of 'see you later, J.Cam' rang out as they walked back towards the truck. "When did they start calling you that?" she questioned, keeping her tone light. As he explained it and the rest of his day, Kyana's mind continued to worry while she drove them home, scared out of her mind that she'd run into Cameron again. Still clueless that he had witnessed everything from the last several minutes.

Now at home, Jace was playing video games and Kyana was pretending to do some work on her laptop but was really checking her email and bank accounts obsessively. At some point, there would be a sign from Mr. Steele and she was bracing for whatever it would be. The knock at the door caused her to jump, unable to see who it was from the window with where they were standing. Not that she needed to, it was going to be Mr. Steele or one of his associates. Kyana took a deep breath as she opened the door, shocked to see Cameron standing on the other side. "What the hell are you doing here?" she questioned, stepping outside and shutting the door behind her in one quick motion, "Haven't seen or heard from you in ten years and now you're stalking me?" @wcrstbehavior
