Fall Fashions From Freshfields Village

Today, we’re capping off our Fall Fashion week with some flawlessly styled looks from Charleston Shop Curator’s Andrea Serrano. Pulling pieces from Freshfields Village, the shopping mecca of Kiawah Island, Andrea creates two very different yet equally alluring evening looks for fall.

Says Andrea: “Venturing out to The Freshfields Village is always a fun destination trip for me. Packed with a good mix of locally owned boutiques and retailers, this shopping village is set in the most relaxing, stress-free environment.  With pristine beaches just around the corner, it’s easy to make a day out of swimming in the ocean, shopping, and dining.” 

THE NOT SO BASIC LITTLE BLACK DRESS

For a fun and flirty night on the town, Andrea started with a little black dress, but this one packs a punch. Accented in fringe, it takes the traditional LBD to all new levels!

“Stocking favorite labels such as Mara Hoffman, Ella Moss, Eileen Fisher, and Trina Turk, the variety of styles at The Resort Shop will take you well into the fall and winter months. To accent my casual look I pulled some accessories from the Urban Nirvana spa.  Their reception room doubles up as a mini boutique and carries accessories and skincare products including one of my new favorite moisturizers from local company Maya Chia.  To complete my look I stopped in Holly & Brooks, an accessory store that carries a variety of fun footwear and bags.”

For a casual, beachy look perfect for cooler evenings, Andrea chose a timelessly chic caftan that’s as comfy as it is stylish.
