Sometimes, you have to step back, limit distractions, reevaluate everything, and let go of anything that's not reciprocating. . . . . 1⃣- The Makeover: A full 4 month hiatus that allowed me to focused on my mind, body & spirit. From praying/meditating, fasting and spiritual baths to settings new moon intentions and checking off goals. Balance is essential. 2⃣- The Takeover: More now than ever, our culture needs a shift. We've been subconsciously conditioned and programmed for far too long and the fact that we're still falling behind economically speaks for itself.
