Lester Sheehan lives for a very long time (still alive in 2026, cca 100 yo), in a nursing home, but since his mind is so severely degraded due to dementia and none of his documents can be found (extremely messy house (he kept it very clean, but he couldn't anymore)), nobody, including him, knows his name

and since the only name he ever says is Teddy and always looks when someone says "Teddy", that's what they call him

I know that dr sheehan probably is just handsome and didn't script Bridget Kearns calling him handsome and she just thought he was handsome, but I like to think that there's a rumor among patients/staff that he put that in the script to impress Andrew

Andrew's story is really tragic (tragedy) while Lester's marhsalsona is literally called "chuckle" (comedy)

Also, like, Andrew, in a way, has multiple personalities (not in the DID way, I think(?), moreso in the being delusional way)

The idea still in my head:

Post succesful roleplay, doctors try to sabotage Dr Sheehan and Dr Cawley and Sheehan's group therapy group cause lobotomies make money. Andrew has something to actually investigate

The scrapped idea:

Dolores AU (contains a biiiit of Bridolores). Basically, Dolores is in Ashecliffe instead of Andrew (in this AU, he unfortunately shot himself) and she burns down Ward B and the doctors say that if she doesn't get her shit together in 4 days, she'll be lobotomized
