The only definition I could find was this one:

Androgenos, or Androgender, is the gender identity of men or masculine trans* persons who do not wish to physically transition.

The flag is the agender flag with the center stripe changed to blue, and that blog has quite a few untrustworthy definitions, so I have no idea if anyone really uses this.

Regardless, transmasculine people, including men, who don’t transition are still their own gender. I’m not sure if a -gender term is a good idea, instead of just saying “never-op”, “never T”, “non-dysphoric” or something else if they want to specify they aren’t going to physically transition.
