This is a locals gift named Androsia. This would be a gift given to you from a local person from Andros. It started out as a hand dyed fabric that gained it's color from tubs beneath the shade of the palm trees, to today many ways still remain the same. Every color still derived from a special place in the Bahamas. With all the fabric being hand waxed and hand dyed, so no two piece of fabric will ever be the same.
