ANDRY LAGIOU als Gastsängerin bei PYRAMID

Die griechische Sängerin ANDRY LAGIOU ist aktuell als Sängerin für die amerikanische Progressive-Band PYRAMID im Einsatz. Zusammen mit Tim “Ripper” Owens ( u.a. Ex-JUDAS PRIEST, Ex-ICED EARTH, KK’s PRIEST, THE THREE TREMORS ) singt sie den aktuellen Titel “Stigma”.

PYRAMID wurde 2017 von Bassist und Songwriter Lance Sawyer, der auch diesen Track komponiert hat, gegründet. Mit dabei ist aktuell unter anderem auch FATES WARNING Gitarrist Mike Abdow. Der Track wurde von Adam Bentley produziert und von Maor Appelbaum gemastert.

Die aus Athen stammende Ausnahmesängerin Andry Lagiou konnte 2017 bei THE VOICE OF GREECE alle Coaches überzeugen und ist seither eine feste kulturelle Größe in Griechenland. Zudem ist sie in ihrer Heimat mit ihrer Band THE HARPS erfolgreich.

Mit 13 Jahren tritt sie erstmals mit verschiedenen Musikern öffentlich auf. 2012 gründet sie ihre Band THE HARPS, deren Debütalbum „Love Strikes Doves“ 2019 erschien. Neben Mike LePond (SYMPHONY X) am Bass ist Gitarrist Stephen Platt sowie auch Keyboarder Corvin Bahn (ULI JON ROTH) an den Aufnahmen beteiligt. Den Mix übernahm Mike Exeter, der unter anderem mit BLACK SABBATH, DIO und JUDAS PRIEST zusammen gearbeitet hat.
