first off I ONLY MADE THE PORTRAITS. the card bases are from https://www.inscryber.delete44.com/ which lets you create custom cards based on inscryption, which is a wonderful videogame! definitely want to do commissions of these when i finish my current orders.

when i was doing https://www.tumblr.com/alphagodith/728547751803207680/their-story-told-entirely-through-incorrect-quotes i found this one other quote that i really liked for wiz but obviously there wasn't a shot from the anime that really worked for it... so... i drew it myself! good expression practice, right? also hella cringe! especially the full version under the cut with my fursona in the background! but hey i have lived long enough to earn the right to rule 34 my childhood heroes and it's my tablet anyway so i'll draw whatever the hell i want.

i worked hard to finish this and make it pretty even tho the only person who said they wanted to see that happen was my husband. i guess i really like this show! two versions with minor detail changes, top is my ‘original’ and bottom is altered in hopes of being more popular with other fans. i think there’s 8, maybe 9 differences? feel free to play ‘spot the difference’ at me XD

you’re encouraged to come up with ideas for what’s happening, what led to this point, and where it’s going, but i did have a certain circumstance in mind here, which i will put under read more.

godith(big fluffy alien) has been offered the job of assassinating zim (probably by the tallest), and dib is trying to convince her that zim is evil/dangerous enough that she should go through with it. (she has strict morals and doesn’t kill anyone unless she fully believes the universe would be better without them. or she’s hungry.) she went to dib for info when scans showed that the only capable-of-space-tech creatures on the planet were his family and zim. it was just luck (for her) that dib was already intimately familiar with zim’s antics. right now i think she see’s zim as a delusional child more than a real threat to earth, but i could see it going either way. regardless she’s probably gonna invite dib into space with her after, since she isn’t very good with advanced tech(her species is not natively space-faring, she actually snuck aboard an alien craft to leave her planet) like he is, and he probably would love the chance to go out into space, even if only as a copilot.

other facts;

the gems on her chest and forehead are actually translators which turn her telepathy into audible language, and can also create holographic disguises, like the one tak wore. godith can’t actually understand or speak verbally very well. she also can’t read (the gems help with that too). but she’s not stupid! symbolic language is just something her species never developed, due to having telepathy and therefor not really needing it.

she’s also a vampire, cuz turns out if your blood is made of the same basic ingredients, you CAN catch random weird diseases in space. she uses her ship’s medical replicator to generate blood for her to feed on during her travels, but obviously prefers it fresh.

and the ship she came in on was given to her when the owner she was serving as a bodyguard for died of old age. she learned enough from him to operate its basic functions, but needs dib to figure out how to properly make use of and maintain it.

this is my 3rd time drawing fanart EVER, i think, and first attempt at invader zim. and it involves a shameless self insert. and is based off a fic idea of mine.

...i figure this fandom is already filled with enough cringe that adding some of my own won’t draw too much attention ^^;
