It's in the public playground that Cub sees it happen, the day too cold for any small children to play outside. Sitting on the roundabout is a young teen, content to be a little personball with their phone in their hands. From somewhere behind, a group of other teens come sneaking closer.. then grab a hold of the roundabout's bars and begin spinning it at a terrifyingly fast pace. A sound of unhappy surprise comes from the teen as they bounce around and try to brace against.. something. What do?
At the time Cub’s staring at the cigarette in her hand, debating whether or not it is worth seeing what affect they’d have. But upon hearing the act she looks up, staring daggers at the offender(s).
She walks up quickly, putting a hand out and (successfully) stopping the roundabout and catching Andy before they fall off.
“What the f-Heck do you kids think you’re doing?” She growls, looking between each of the teenagers. “How would you like to be tied up to this thing? Wanna see how fast it can go?” She almost shouts, stepping towards them.
