So I just finished a research paper for AP Lang. It’s eh, but the teacher told us to sit down for an hour and write until it was up, so I doubt she’s expecting anything amazing.
I started practicing my monologues for my art supplements! I’m having trouble with my comedic one (it’s The Man in the Chair from The Drowsy Chaperone, and it’s kind of tough to get all his mannerisms down), but my dramatic one is going awesome!
Going to submit a couple of apps this weekend I think.
So... I noticed a typo on my UC app. That I submitted on Sunday.
At first I was freaked out when I saw it but after doing a little reading, I found an article by some MIT admissions officer saying that small typos aren’t a big deal and won’t change the outcome of a decision.
So I think I’m good (I forgot to write the word ‘of’ under one of my activities). Otherwise, I’m pretty proud of my app.
Also I’m gonna try to get Middlebury and UVM submitted this weekend since they don’t have any supplements. And then I’ll record my monologues for artistic supplements too.
