I highkey resent my neighbor because my mom always compares me to her and I already feel inadequate as a mom so when I hear my mom compare me to this mom who isn't single but is happily married and has a tight schedule and seemingly has her shit together, I truly wish the ground would swallow me whole and kill me.

I actually used to like my neighbor but now I see her and I just feel small and stupid.

I know how my mom is and I know I'm doing my best but I still can't help but feel like my best is never enough. It's like I can't even do the mom thing right :/
