The Team NZ veteran and three-time Cup winner is changing roles ahead of next year’s defence of the Auld Mug in Naples.

Blair moving into a leadership position with ETNZ. There is only so many sailing positions available.

Only Nathan Outteridge and Andy Maloney from the last defence will be on the boat.

If ETNZ successfully defend the upcomingAmerica’s Cup, Andy Maloney will be the only person who has continuously been a team sailor for all four ETNZ campaigns since Bermuda 2017.
