Moloch tries to kill Gregor on sight.

Meanwhile Andy tries to be nice but gets ticked off and starts trying to break Gregor's brain by pointing out as many nonsensical and immoral things in his beliefs as he can.

Andy and Gregor's relationship is so bad (and when I mean by that I mean I'm assuming they don't like each other).

I kinda feel like this is accurate which is also kinda sad due to Gregor's beliefs (especially towards LGBT people). I personally hc him as not homophobic along with a mutual who's a Gregor selfshipper but I can understand if people don't sadly.
