I don't know if it's just my idea but in scenes where Heedo and Yijin aren't alone the camera only focuses on them, like when he was telling Yurim and Heedo about the shooting, the camera only focuses on the convo between the two of them and doesn't show Yurim at all, and also when Heedo hurt her ankle at the studio and he's asking her if she's okay and all that.
It gives me the idea that when they're together nothing else matters to them 🥺
So.
I don't... normally post my thoughts on videos, but I've finally found myself comfortable watching Selfishness v.s Selflessness. I was hesitant because I knew I'd side with Selfishness, which meant siding with Deceit. And, I did not like him. Because deceit and lies have hurt me a lot in the past and I seriously identify with Virgil in a lot of ways, and seeing that play out the first time we saw him, I dunno. I didn't like him and I was scared to see him in a different light because, what if I one day saw my abusers in a different light as well? Shit scares me. I don't want to do that again. Anyways, I finally watched it.
Y'all. Patton? Was completely and unequivocally wrong.
Empathy and Putting Yourself In Someone Else's Shoes have different connotations, at least for me. And in writing, wording is everything, is it not? If you Put Yourself In Someone Else's Shoes over and over again you may come to resent that person. If you always put others before yourself you will never get anywhere. Ever.
Thomas didn't even want to go to that wedding in the first place. He actually wants to go to that call back.
There is no benefit to going to that wedding. No matter how Patton tries to word it, or phrase it, or make it seem like the right thing. One can say, "He'll feel good because he made his friends feel good!" Not necessarily! And not when he didn't want to go anyhow.
Why is it the right thing? Because it will make others feel good? Then it's fair to say that the right thing for Mary Lee and Lee to do is let Thomas go to the callback instead.
Isn't that right?
And since when does doing something that you want and would seriously help you reach your dream make you a bad person?
He Should Not Go To The Wedding. And in my opinion, Patton is failing as his Emotions. He Should know most of all how Thomas feels about that wedding and the callback.
Shouldn't he?
so The Tragic Comedy of Jung Jaehyun is practically done but there was too much telling and not enough showing so I started rewriting it to give it more weight and I'm not tryna eat my own ass but???? i will never top this. never. this is my thriller and trauma is my muse. somebody needs to give Jeffrey a full Chakra cleanse because fictionally??? I put his ass through hell with a gasoline thong on.
I'm high in my kitchen rn eating ciabatta bread and butter right? got my lil music on right?
so hit em up by Tupac was playing and when it went off, Even My Dad Does Sometimes comes on and I'm so impressed by my versatility dude...
if I wasn't Andy... I'd eat Andy's ass tbh
Heedo's mom telling Yijin that he shouldn't stay at the sports thing because it can turn out bad, like it happened to her with the coach is just...
that means she approves Heedo and Yijin being rainbow so she doesn't want that bad thing to happen to them(?
